Urban Rental Trailers

By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Urban Rental Trailers Rental Agreement, including the release of liability and return policy. Below is the full agreement:

Urban Rental Trailers Rental Agreement

1. Payment Terms The Renter agrees to pay the full rental fee and Deposit at the time of rental. The Deposit will be refunded upon the trailer’s return in the same condition as when it was rented, subject to inspection by Urban Rental Trailers. Late returns may result in additional fees of $75 per day or the daily rental charge of the trailer, whichever is more. 

Urban Rental Trailers reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damage or late returns.

2. Condition of Trailer The Renter acknowledges receipt of the trailer in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear will result in a deduction from the Deposit and may incur additional charges if the repair cost exceeds the Deposit amount. The Renter must notify Urban Rental Trailers immediately of any issues with the trailer during the rental period.

3. Renter’s Responsibilities

The Renter agrees to use the trailer for lawful purposes only.

The Renter is solely responsible for securing the load on the trailer and ensuring compliance with all applicable traffic and safety regulations.

The Renter shall not sublease or transfer the trailer to any third party.

The Renter is required to carry sufficient liability insurance for the rental period.

The Renter’s tow vehicle must be in good operating condition.

The Renter agrees not to tow anything that exceeds the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the trailer or the towing capacity of their vehicle.

The Renter must ensure that all necessary permits, if applicable, are obtained prior to using the trailer.

4. Release of Liability The Renter assumes all risk of personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from the use of the trailer. Urban Rental Trailers shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by the Renter or any third party during the rental period. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Urban Rental Trailers harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the use of the trailer.

5. Return Policy The trailer must be returned by the specified end date and in the same condition as when rented. Failure to return the trailer on time will result in additional rental fees of $75 per day or the daily rental charge of the trailer, whichever is more. The Renter is responsible for cleaning the trailer before returning it; failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.
